• Own end-to-end execution of global tech talent development programs • Build strong stakeholder partnerships across different regions and teams • Ensure every program delivers high quality and real impact • Define, track, and continuously improve success metrics for your programs • Set up processes that bring consistency in quality and documentation • Oversee development of tools and portals that make life easier for associates • Spot bottlenecks early, manage escalations, and make smart tradeoffs between business needs and technical limits • Plan and juggle multiple parallel projects without dropping the ball • Identify risks at different levels and keep them under control • Drive teamwork and communication across groups with very different priorities • Apply Agile and blended methodologies based on what actually works for each project • Work closely with project sponsors, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver complex features • Keep business stakeholders in the loop using clear reports and dashboards • Provide transparent status updates to engineering, business, product, and leadership teams • Program-manage tech initiatives like Idea Portals and other strategic platforms

• Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech/MS/PhD) – Computer Science preferred • 11+ years of total IT experience • 9+ years of hands-on Technical Program Management experience • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance • Solid experience with Agile and the full software development life cycle • Comfortable using JIRA, Confluence, and Excel for project tracking • Good at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, and retrospectives • Skilled at generating reports and dashboards using JIRA
